Engflow support works in a private chat with the bot. Choose the relevant command, then send one message describing your issue. Your request will be saved and we will reply in the same chat.
Support commands

What to include
- what you did before the issue appeared;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- your device, Telegram platform, and approximate time of the issue;
- a screenshot, provided it contains no secret information.
Never send a password, Telegram login code, seed phrase, bank card details, bot token, or full Telegram init data. Engflow support will never ask for them.
Payments and refunds
Use /paysupport for any payment issue. After the command, send the purchase date, Stars
amount, purchase type, and a short explanation. We recommend submitting refund requests within 7
calendar days after purchase.
Approved refunds are returned to your Stars balance through Telegram. Refunded Premium access or purchased actions may be removed. See Refunds and payment disputes for the full policy.
Engflow handles Engflow purchases. Telegram Support and Bot Support cannot grant Engflow access, cancel an Engflow subscription, or decide an Engflow refund. If the issue concerns buying Stars themselves rather than paying Engflow, Telegram or the relevant app store may be responsible.
Premium subscription
The monthly plan renews every 30 days. You can stop auto-renewal in Premium settings inside Engflow
and keep access until the paid period ends. The yearly plan is a one-time purchase and does not
renew automatically. If in-app cancellation fails, send /paysupport before the next
charge date.
Account and personal data
Use /support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Message us
from the Telegram account concerned. We may verify account ownership before acting. See the
Privacy Policy for details.
Response time
We usually reply within 24 hours, but a small team may sometimes need up to 7 days. Payment issues and loss of access receive priority. You do not need to repeat the same request after the bot confirms it has been saved.
If the bot is unavailable
Check Telegram's status and try again later. Engflow does not currently publish a separate support email. Any future backup contact method will be listed on this page. Do not trust contact accounts that are not listed here.
