These terms govern Engflow, including the free plan, Premium, learning-action packs, and voluntary support through Telegram Stars. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. About the Service
Engflow is a digital English-learning service inside Telegram. It is currently operated by its creator as an individual, not by a registered company. In these terms, “Engflow” and “we” mean the person operating the Service.
Engflow is not an official Telegram product. Telegram provides the Mini Apps platform, bot infrastructure, and Stars payment system, but does not control Engflow content, access, support, or refunds.
2. Acceptance and age
By using Engflow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and do not make a purchase.
You must be old enough to use Telegram, enter into a contract, and purchase digital services under the laws of your country. Otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and purchase.
3. Account and access
- You sign in through Telegram and are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and devices.
- Do not share one Telegram account with others to provide shared access to paid features.
- Do not bypass limits, disrupt the Service, automate requests without permission, or use Engflow unlawfully.
- If you lose access to Telegram, restoring Engflow data or purchases may be impossible without proof of account ownership.
4. Free plan and digital products
Engflow may offer:
- Free plan: a limited number of learning actions per day. Limits may change.
- 30-day Premium: a subscription that charges Stars every 30 days until cancelled.
- 365-day Premium: a one-time purchase for 365 days with no automatic renewal.
- Action packs: a one-time purchase of additional learning actions.
- Voluntary support: a Stars contribution without a separate digital product unless the invoice says otherwise.
The current price, duration, quantity, and included features are shown before payment. The native Telegram invoice takes priority over old marketing copy or screenshots.
5. Telegram Stars and purchase confirmation
- Digital products inside Telegram are paid for only with Telegram Stars.
- Telegram sells Stars to you and displays the final amount in its native payment window.
- A purchase is complete only after Engflow receives a
successful_paymentconfirmation from Telegram. - We store the Telegram payment identifier to deliver access, show history, support you, and issue refunds.
- Taxes and fees included by Telegram when you acquire Stars are governed by Telegram and the relevant app store.
6. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
Monthly Premium renews automatically every 30 days. You can stop the next charge in Premium settings inside Engflow. Cancelling does not remove access before the end of the paid period.
Yearly Premium is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. If you upgrade from an active monthly plan, your remaining paid time is preserved, the year is added after it, and monthly auto-renewal stops.
If cancellation is unavailable or fails, send /paysupport to
@engflow_bot before the next charge date.
7. Refunds and payment disputes
You can request a refund within 7 calendar days after purchase by using /paysupport.
Include the date, Stars amount, purchase type, and reason. Later requests are reviewed where
applicable law requires it or where there is a verified technical failure, duplicate charge, or
failure to provide purchased access.
Refunded Premium access or unused purchased actions may be removed. Refunds are sent to your Stars balance through the Telegram Bot API. We may reject duplicate, fraudulent, or unverifiable claims. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Telegram Support, Bot Support, and app stores do not manage Engflow purchases and cannot grant
access or decide an Engflow dispute. Contact Engflow directly with /paysupport.
8. Learning content
Engflow helps you learn, but does not guarantee a particular language level, exam result, or
error-free translations, examples, images, and audio. Content is educational and informational.
Report content errors with /support.
9. Intellectual property
Engflow code, design, copy, course structure, illustrations, audio, and branding are protected by the rights of Engflow and relevant licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not copy the database, resell access, scrape content at scale, or present Engflow materials as your own.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Engflow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, Telegram outages, network failures, platform restrictions, and feature changes may occur. We may change free limits, features, prices, and plans. A paid period will not be shortened without a refund or equivalent compensation unless required due to abuse or law.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Engflow is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost expected benefit, or acts of Telegram and other providers. Engflow's total liability for a paid dispute is limited to the amount you actually paid Engflow for the disputed purchase, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for fraud, attacks, limit circumvention, infringement, or a material breach
of these terms. You may stop using Engflow at any time, cancel auto-renewal, and request deletion
of your data through /support.
13. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms when the product, payments, or law changes. The current date is shown at the top. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably possible. New terms apply to future use and purchases after publication.
The parties should first try to resolve disputes through support. Mandatory laws of your country, including consumer rights and competent-court rules, remain effective regardless of these terms.
